I'll Drive It - the driving school and instructors iPhone app.

Brake Trainer Results

Pass/fail
Start speed - Speed of travel when the first bell sounded.
Code - Distance within which the vehicle should stop according to the
Highway Code.
Reaction - Distance that the vehicle actually travelled before the student
reacted to the bell.
Braking - Distance the vehicle actually travelled between the student
applying the brakes and the vehicle coming to a halt.
Total - Overall distance the vehicle travelled between the sounding of
the bell and the vehicle coming to a halt.
Overshoot / Undershoot - The distance over or under the Highway Code
stopping distance that the student actually achieved.
Code - Time within which the vehicle should stop according to the
Highway Code.
Reaction - Time that the vehicle actually travelled before the student

Braking - Time the vehicle actually travelled between the student
applying the brakes and the vehicle coming to a halt.
Total - Overall time the vehicle travelled between the sounding of the
bell and the vehicle coming to a halt.

Speed mph/metre- How much speed was lost for every foot/metre
travelled.
Speed mph/second - How much speed was lost for every second travelled.
Average G - Average ‘G’ value from the sound of the bell to the vehicle
coming to a halt.
Peak G - the maximum ‘G’ value achieved.

Change values of:-
Speed - Mph/Kph.
Distance - Feet/Metres.
Road conditions - Wet/Dry/Icy.
Set Eco Driving limits.
Adjust GPS speed to match vehicle indicated speed.

History
View Brake Trainer history for each student.

Calibration
Calibrate iPhone accelerometers.
Set iPhone orientation to vehicle. Reset Eco Driving trace.
